Victoria is bringing her 17 years of corporate leadership experience across Europe and Asia, from an entry level to leading regional operations and global projects of FMCG companies. 

She relocated six times across the globe holding various roles in Procurement and Purchasing, Marketing, Global Supply Chain, Project Management and People Development.

Since 2018, she fully dedicated herself to coaching, consulting, and business start-ups, helping individuals and organizations navigate transitions and growth. She is certified in trauma-informed coaching to help her clients reach their full potential.

Alanna has had an untraditional career path that includes Tech Sales, Start-ups, Entertainment Corporate, Non-profits, and CX, and embraced her life purpose in Professional Coaching in 2005. 

She is an ICF PCC Credentialed Coach with experience coaching thousands of individuals in Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Leadership Development and Business Coaching.

She currently works with leaders and teams in the United States and Mexico in a variety of industries such as High Tech, Online Service Providers, Hospitality, Construction, B2B, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, and start-ups.
